Human Capital Associate

We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented, and detail-driven Human Capital Associate – Talent, Payroll, Engagement & Development to join our Human Capital team. You will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle by contributing to talent acquisition, payroll administration, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, and performance management processes. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, employees, Finance, and external partners to attract top talent, ensure smooth HR operations, deliver exceptional employee experiences, and support employee growth and development. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple human capital functions while contributing to the organization's growth and people strategy. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
